Installed at EMA Open Studios in May 2023

An interactive installation combining physical elements, video projection, and music. Audiences control the playback speed and direction of an ambient music piece using bike pedals and a potentiometer.

I created it for my Computation & Media Studio course at the Johnny Carson Center for Emerging Media Arts.

I created the ambient music (listen below) in Logic Pro using a seven-string guitar in an altered tuning. I filmed the footage in my backyard, and programmed the interactions in the Arduino IDE and p5.js.
